RETAILS: Items will be shipped on average TAT of 7-10 business days (does not include weekends, holidays, and preorders).
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please be aware that your country may impose a custom tax and duties charge. Sew Girlie Fun is not responsible for any of these charges and will not accept returns or give refunds if buyer does not accept responsibility in paying these charges.
I do not accept returns on items.
We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our hands (once mail carrier scanned for acceptance). We will help you file a claim with USPS and would need emailed at sewgirliefun@gmail.com: a picture of the package damaged (if applicable), a picture of the packing slip, and all items received.
If a package is returned to me due to insufficient address I will refund you the purchase price of the items. However, I will not refund shipping charges. I ship to the exact address given. I will not reship an order.
Important: it is the customers responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided to ensure timely and appropriate delivery.
